How SmartForms can make a difference!
Back in September 2020 Bedrock Solutions received a query from Julia Shi - Administrator Team Leader | PlaceMakers | Supply Fix and Install. She had become aware of Bedrock Solutions SmartForm App via another client using it to submit roofing information to her.
Julia was facing delays receiving completed forms (paper-based) from installers and contractors. She could see real potential in transferring the paper-based forms into the SmartForm App to ensure the paperwork got to her on time every day. Stuart from Bedrock Solutions responded to Julia’s query and over the next month worked closely with her to refine the paper-based forms and transfer them to the SmartForm App. Installers and contractors were then introduced to the App.
One year on….
In early September 2021, Julia left PlaceMakers, however just before leaving she informed Stuart there had been lots of positive feedback with the SmartForm App and as a result, she had been selected as a finalist for the” Fletcher’s Protect Health & Safety Award”. However, because she was leaving, she asked Freddie Tian Manager | PlaceMakers | Supply Fix and Install to accept the award on her behalf.
